Hong Kong's F&B marketplace was facing a period of stagnation that required a bold, fresh approach to reinvigorate it. The task was to design an exciting activation, centered around the Italian National Day on June 2nd, that could bring renewed energy and enthusiasm to the city's food and beverage sector.
We answered this call by creating "Italian Week Hong Kong 2023, "a citywide dining festival that celebrated Italian cuisine in all its glory. We collaborated with prestigious partners including the Italian Chamber of Commerce, the Campari Group, and Peroni. With these key industry allies, we brought onboard over 30 of Hong Kong's top Italian restaurants.
Italian Week was a roaring success, stirring up the city. Our marketing efforts reached tens of thousands of potential diners, driving them into participating venues eager to take advantage of the unique offers. The result was a palpable shift in the city's F&B scene, underscoring the power of collaborative efforts in fostering engagement and enthusiasm.
In recognition of the event's success, we received high praise from the Consul General of Italy for Hong Kong & Macao. The commendation served as a testament to the positive impact of our initiative on the local F&B scene and the strengthening of cultural ties through the celebration of Italian culinary heritage.
In the wake of lockdown restrictions easing in Hong Kong, the task at hand was to organize one of the first post-lockdown events in the city - the Mercedes-Benz BAM Festival. The aim was to spread the word about this grand festival while ensuring safety guidelines and an engaging, comprehensive coverage for our enthusiastic audience.
We created a comprehensive acceleration plan including editorial, advertorial, and social media components to boost the reach of the "The Future is Magical" themed festival at the Central Harbourfront. The free-to-enter festival showcased the exclusive Mercedes-Benz range and featured activities spanning wellness, urban living, e-sports, green tech, and automobile innovations, as well as live performances and food and drinks.
The Mercedes-Benz BAM Festival turned out to be a resounding success and was attended by a large, enthusiastic crowd. Our comprehensive promotional efforts effectively spread the word about the festival, playing a pivotal role in drawing a significant audience to the event. The festival not only showcased the best of Mercedes-Benz but also promoted an ethos of sustainable and progressive living.
